At Hoppin Jeju, you’ll work from inspiring spaces, explore hidden corners of the island, and share meaningful moments with a global crew of like-minded remote professionals. From seaside coworking spots to lush forest trails, every detail is curated to help you experience Jeju like a local, not a tourist.
Our weekdays are designed for flexibility. You can join optional local activities like cultural walks, museum visits, or scenic neighborhood tours after work. On the weekend, dive deeper into Jeju with a full-day guided adventure through nature and local culture.

Workation FAQ’s
Getting to Jeju
- Directly from abroad: Jeju International Airport offers flights to many destinations in South Korea and some international locations in Asia.
- From Seoul: Take a flight from Gimpo Airport to Jeju International Airport. Flight time is 55 minutes, and cost is $20-$100.
- From Busan or southern Korea: Take a flight or ferry.
Wi-Fi Availability
All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet.
Meal Cost
In Jeju, expect to spend between $6-$12 for lunch and $10-$20 for dinner per person.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not provided. Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage.
Visa Requirements
- The program is open to participants of all nationalities. Visa requirements vary depending on your country of citizenship.
- Citizens of many countries in Europe, North America, and Oceania may enter South Korea visa-free for up to 90 days.
- Citizens of some countries in South America, Africa, and parts of Asia may require a visa for a short stay of one month in South Korea.
- Please check the specific visa requirements for South Korea with the Korean embassy or consulate in your home country.
