We offer the fastest available Wi-Fi in both the Coworking and Coliving areas.
What’s included in the coliving fee?
The fee covers accommodation in either private or shared rooms, access to coworking spaces, participation in weekly activities, regular housekeeping, and complimentary beverages and snacks.
Who stays at Hoppin House?
International and local remote professionals who appreciate a community-focused, home-like environment.
What are the booking and cancellation terms?
Standard Cancellations:
- Payment in full required at booking.
- Full refund for cancellations over 30 days before check-in.
- No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of check-in.
Long-term Stays (28+ Nights):
- Full refund requires 30-day advance notice.
- No refund for the first month if canceled within 30 days of check-in.
- For early check-out, payment required for 30 days post-cancellation or for the remaining stay if less than 30 days.
Refunds will be issued after deducting credit card or payment platform fees, which range from 4% to 5%.
Is it possible to get to know the residents before I move in?
You can join our private Discord channel, introduce yourself to the current members, and make connections before you arrive.
Are pets allowed at Hoppin House?
Considering allergies, phobias, and maintaining cleanliness, we regret that pets cannot be accommodated.
Can I host parties/events at Hoppin House during my stay?
We love events and social gatherings! Share us your ideas and we will be happy to support hosting events.
Cost for couples in a single room?
An extra charge of 10 USD daily applies for a second occupant in a private room.
Can I store my luggage if I arrive early?
Luggage can be stored in the coworking space. Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival.

What is the policy on inviting outside guests?
The coliving area is a private space for colivers, so please communicate with other colivers and community managers before inviting a guest. For the coworking space, guests can access using a Day Passes.
Do you have a housekeeping service?
Common areas are cleaned weekly. Additional room cleaning is available for a $26 fee.
How do I reach Hoppin House from the airport?
From Incheon airport
- Take the Airport Railroad heading to Seoul station. Get off at Honik University station. It is a 15-minute walk away. (Total time required: 1 hour)
- Take airport bus number 6011 from Incheon Airport. Get off at Yeonhui 104 Gojiapguseongsan Hall. It is a 10-minute walk away. (Total time: 1 hour and 15 minutes)
From Gimpo airport
- Take the Airport Railroad heading to Seoul Station and get off at Hongik University Station. It is a 15-minute walk away. (Total time required: 40 minutes)
